Walter L. Bradley - Chief Executive Officer earned a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, in 1968. He has had a distinguished 32 year career as a university professor and administrator at the Colorado School of Mines (1968-1976) and Texas A&M University (1976-2000). He is now a Distinguished Professor of Engineering at Baylor University. He developed a time management and study strategies program to help students at TAMU to excel in their school work while enjoying a balanced lifestyle. Steven W. Bradley - Chief Operating Officer earned a Ph.D. from Indiana University in 2007 in Entrepreneurship and Strategy. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas in 1991 and a M.E. from Texas A&M University in Mechanical Engineering in 1997. He is now an Assistant Professor in the Management & Entrepreneurship Department at Baylor University. In addition to his work with Success4Students, he was formerly the Vice President of Materials Performance, Inc., an engineering testing and consulting lab, and the founder of UniversityLeasing.com, a real estate and appliance service company. He is the author of 13 journal and conference proceedings in his fields of interest. He is married to Christy and has four children. Steve has been involved with S4S since its inception in 1994 and he worked on the initial development of the Memory Skills and Note Taking portions of the course.
