	You will be guided through an interesting (i.e. not a "talking head" video) three-hour video workshop and an accompanying workbook for notes and activities. The program focuses in on a coffeehouse discussion where Dr. Bradley's 30 years as a college professor and the experiences of five students are used to help you apply these key strategies to your life.
